I became a personal trainer out of pure passion, knowing this is the one thing where I can truly help others and make a meaningful difference in their lives. My fitness journey began in my teens when I started lifting weights to put on weight (I was 14kgs underweight). Like many, I trained under the wrong guidance, picked up poor techniques and kept getting injured. But over the years, I've learned, improved my form and technique, and adapted my goals - from gaining healthy weight to improving flexibility, boosting cardiovascular fitness, and rehabbing injuries.
I've had multiple fitness goals myself throughout the years, and I understand how these goals can be different and can evolve for everyone.
To me, fitness isn't just about lifting heavier or running faster: it's about long-term health and confidence in your body. Whether you're learning to use gym equipment, a busy professional maximizing limited time, a senior aiming to stay independent, a parent getting back in shape, or someone recovering from an injury, I can guide you toward sustainable progress. I'm not the strongest guy in the gym or a pro bodybuilder, and I'm not trying to be. If you're already crushing elite numbers, I might not be the right coach for you.
